The Pharmacy Show is the largest dedicated trade show and educational conference in the UK for the community and primary care pharmacy sector. With so many pharmacists, pharmacymanagers and owners all attending, this is an amazing opportunity to learn and network. Each theatre has its own theme.
I participated in many meetings as a hospital pharmacymanager. Every month, my pharmacy department held a staff meeting. At these meetings, both my pharmacists and pharmacytechnicians expressed what was right and wrong about the department and the hospital. Other times, everyone just vented. Be a timekeeper.

I wrote and gave the greatest number of evaluations when I was a pharmacymanager in my second hospital. Staff longevity. Unattainable?
