There are three main types of fake Ozempic making the rounds: complete counterfeits, relabeled insulin pens, and sketchy compounded versions. The relabeled insulin pens are particularly dangerous because if someone whos not diabetic injects insulin, it could land them in the hospital or worse. First, check the packaging.
