In this episode, I’ll discuss the association between number of learners trained per year and rates of burnout among inpatient pharmacists. The survey was given to 224 pharmacists and 224 pharmacy technicians. Participants were asked to complete both a single-item burnout assessment and a 10-item burnout assessment.
