A poster presentation at the International Congress in Cannes, France, in 2002 found that Wobenzym , a proprietary blend of systemic enzymes, taken at a dose of five tablets three times per day, showed very promising results in Hashimoto’s. The dose of enzymes used in the Cannes study was 2.5 Probiotics.

In a 2002 study led by Dr. Roland Ga?rtner, Since one of the supplements I recommend, Pure Encapsulations Selenium , can contain up to 320 mcg per capsule (specifications state that the product can contain up to 160 percent of the label claim), it is not recommended for children.
